What information do we collect about you?

We try to collect as little information as possible. The amount and type of information varies dependent upon which area of our site you are using and details of the length of time any information is retained is shown under How long do we retain your information?:

• If you are ordering from us or make an enquiry:

o Your name, email, telephone number, postal address and postcode, along with your public IP address.

o Optionally, you may also provide a delivery name, address, postcode and telephone number

This information is stored within the website for a period of time.

We DO NOT collect or store payment details within this website.

The internet web servers which host our website capture your public IP address and store it as part of the web access logs for our site.

 

How we use your information.

• If you are ordering from us or make an enquiry:

o We will use your information to process your order, carry out fraud screening and deliver goods to you.

o Some of your details may be shared with trusted third parties, for example a payment processor and a delivery agent.

Our website has automated features which ensure that no personally identifiable information is retained for any longer than is strictly necessary.

 

For information held because you have ordered from us, the period is 7 years after which time your personal information is removed from the order record within our website.

If you commence but do not fully complete an order with us, some of your information may have been captured, however any personal information is automatically removed.

 

Whilst we cannot 100% guarantee the security of data, we take all reasonable and practical precautions to keep your information safe.

 

Marketing

Nobody likes to receive unwanted email (SPAM)! We will only send you marketing messages if you have requested it.

 

We offer two methods for you to give us your permission:

• If you are placing an order with us, you can tell us you would like to receive news and offers by email during checkout by ticking the box.

If you have ordered from us before, you may also remove a previously given permission during checkout by not ticking the box.

• We may offer a marketing emails signup option. Our marketing list is double opt-in. If you do choose to sign up, you will be asked (by email) to confirm you wish to receive marketing by email by clicking a simple link.

• Every marketing email we send will have a simple "click to unsubscribe" link.

Our website does not create a user account for you, nor require you to do so.
